Financial Protection Program
E-Cargo Network Financial Protection Service is limited to business cooperation for shipments consigned to Egypt by air or sea (LCL or FCL) and covers claims up to USD 25,000 per year for non-payment of sea or air freight amounts owed on handled shipments to any Egyptian port within the clauses and conditions of this Contract.
Advance Shipment Reference (ASR)
The ASR (Advance Shipment Reference) number is generated by the E-Cargo network system, and it consists of a unique 6-digit number for each export shipment to Egypt within 14 calendar days of the issuance date of MBL or MAW to get your financial protection service on this shipment.

Global Freight Forwarders: The Annual Membership Fee, which covers one calendar year is payable by each member as per the desired Financial Protection Plan; as follows:
- Basic Membership : US$ 500 / annum (offering coverage up to US$ 10,000)
- Golden Membership: US$ 1000 / annum (offering coverage up to US$ 25,000)
